Contracts
and Agreements:
ClinicStar service is provided on a month to month basis. A
client may discontinue service at any time. All
clients accept the terms of the licensing agreement, as shown during
setup, by installing the software.
ClinicStar
monthly service provides you with our powerful management
software. You bill simply by documenting each
office visit. Our one-write system and billing service provides you
with a better turn-around time from insurers while keeping
your office
clutter-free! You can even add our optional statement service
to
save on employee time and overhead. With ClinicStar,
you'll be paid for patient
care. |

Billing
Service:At the beginning of the month, simply
select
“Billing” from the ClinicStar menu and your records
will be encrypted and emailed to our processing center. Records can be
easily emailed to us from
your office or home computer.
Turn-around
Time:
Your records are
processed in a timely manner, often on the day they are received. Your
billing and documentation will arrive together at the insurer to
ensure
optimal turn-around time and optimal payment.

Treatment
Note Writer:
Notes can be created over a network or on
a non-network
computer like a laptop. All notes automatically include the
patient’s
diagnosis, listings and billing codes. You can automatically
create a note, fully write it, or both of
these writing
methods can be combined. A Chiropractic spell-check
is included.
Repeated services can even be copied to other dates and edited. All
notes are archived for easy referencing. With
ClinicStar, writing a quality treatment note has never been easier and
with our unique embedded billing codes, your billing
work is finished as soon as the note is completed! |

Diagnosis
and Listings:
Diagnosis and spinal listings are
easy to add and can be automatically included in your treatment notes.
Diagnoses and listings can be modified any time. ClinicStar
provides a variety of common
Chiropractic listing methods such as Gonstead, Diversified, or
can be used to mark the vertebral level . Custom listings can
also
be
made. X-ray findings and notes can be included. A
single keystroke can place this
diagnostic information into a treatment note. |

Patient
Files:
One case number is assigned for each
patient and each separate case, such as Auto,
Workers’ Compensation, etc. can be accessed with
that case
number. All file information is easily read from a single presentation
screen so contact information is just a click away!
Screen
prompts make it easy to answer the insurance prompts. Input
features include automatic capitalization, automatic erase
and automatic fill-in when the patient is also the insured. Data can be
imported quickly to add other family
members when they become new patients. Secondary files are even
automatically created for you! |

Accounts
Receivable:
ClinicStar combines the patient ledger with
the insurance log for one-step time-saving use. Features include:
Immediate access to statements, policy benefits,
contact information, and deductible amounts. The ledger system
features safeguards to protect against incorrect entries and uses
an easy to read menu to select the proper transactions. |

Statement
Service: Statements can be printed and mailed directly
from your
office or you
can take advantage of our optional fast and efficient statement
service.
We do the printing
and mailing for just 77-cents per statement, which includes a
return payment envelope. |

Point of
Sale:
ClinicStar provides a complete point of sale system for offices that
sell supplements and supplies. Just find the product from the menu,
input the quantity, and ClinicStar does the rest! The
system even includes discounts and a special discount card feature that
can be used as a discount program for special patients. ClinicStar
records all sales and can automatically
calculate quarterly sales tax, if needed.

Statistics:
ClinicStar
keeps track of all of your monthly billings and
reports insurance payments in dollar amounts and
percentage
of claims paid, total monthly visits, total monthly sales and provides
you with a
30, 60, and 90 day over-due
statements tracker. |

Mailing
Labels: ClinicStar
prints both insurance and patient address labels. A Single label can be
printed to the next available label on the sheet. Labels are printed
alphabetically so they can be found easily.

Printing: Individual
treatment notes and billings can be printed in your office when needed.
Fee schedules, patient files, ledgers, and monthly statistics can
also be sent to the printer. |

ClinicStar
Security:
All ClinicStar functions can be granted or restricted on an
individual basis. ClinicStar also provides a screen
saver key and a confidentiality shield to hide patient
information.
System
Backup:
ClinicStar offers several automated and manual methods to backup your
entire ClinicStar system, groups of files, or individual files. Files
can even be backed-up automatically upon exit. |

Appointments:
ClinicStar includes the AppointmentStar appointment
book
system. Just enter your scheduling hours and AppointmentStar will
automatically import your patients and be ready for use!
AppointmentStar has a large easy to read display. The software will
dial your patients directly from the appointment book. Other features
include: Adding the type of appointments needed, room assignments,
notes with appointments, appointment and birthday reminders, send
emails to patients, an alarm feature, a to-do-list, and much more!

All-In-One
Chiropractic
Software and Billing Service:
379.00 per Month
Partner Fees:
Add 250.00 per month for each partner added.
Associate
Doctor Fees: Add 50.00
per
month for each partner added.
Staff Members:
No charge to add, change, or remove staff members.
Optional
Statement Service: .77 per statement with payment
envelope.
Details:
Standard monthly service includes monthly insurance billing
and monthly use of the software license for a single-doctor
office. Additional fees apply as listed above for multiple doctor
offices
or for use of our statement service. Monthly fees are due no later than
the fifth day of each month. Failure to pay fees in full by the
indicated date may result in suspension of service. For definition
purposes, a
“Partner” is a doctor who runs his or her
own practice within the clinic. Each
partner is provided with separate patient files, ledgers, an
statistics. An “ Associate”
is defined as
a doctor under the supervision of an owner or a partner.
Associate doctors do not have separate files; however,
ClinicStar does
provide an option to allow payments to be written to associated doctors.
